 The Minister of Foreign Affairs, George Katrougalos, in his greetings at the two-day conference on Religious and Ecclesiastical Diplomacy, highlighted Greece’s will to be “an example country and model in our wider region, in this triangle of instability, whose peaks are Ukraine, Libya and Syria,” by using as a tool religious/ecclesiastical diplomacy too.

Katrougalos, according to ANA-MPA, focusing on the importance of the element of identity for the peoples, to the point of being a key feature of the policy-making of many states, referred to the historical significance of Orthodoxy for the definition of the national identity in Greece and to Church’s participation in the struggles of the nation.

In this context, the Greek State, in view of this important cultural and religious presence, the combination of the universality of Greek Orthodoxy and the presence of the Patriarchs as historic cultural beacons in our region and in the Near and Middle East, is trying to develop tools for interfaith dialogue as part of the mild diplomacy we want to emphasize, as the minister mentioned.

није одлука свете горе него је био састанак о украјини а затим и одвојена изјава протеста 4 манастира (в. лавра, нови есфигмен, кутлумуш, ивирон) о мешању москве у поредак свете горе:

- јер су својим верницима забранили да се причешћују било где на атосу осим у пантелејмону

- својим приложницима саветовали да помажу руске а не грчке манастире (иако су већ дали 200 милиона светој гори)

- нису у манастир пантелејмон примили шизматике из украјине иако су имали писмо препоруке од вартоломеја

- тиме нарушавају власт цариграда над светом гором иако она има свој посебан статус и поредак итд.

The Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC), which is under the jurisdiction of the Patriarchate of Moscow, was recognized as the only canonical church in Ukraine by Archbishop Michal of Prague, as laid down in a decree.
On 20 February, Archbishop Michal Prague and the Czech Lands issued a decree on the authorization of co-officiation with clerics of foreign dioceses.

By this decree, the new church of Ukraine is characterized as an non-canonical structure, with which neither the ministry nor access to the Holy Communion can be found in the land of the Prague Orthodox Diocese.

In fact, the Archbishop of Prague pointed out that for the officiation with representatives of foreign dioceses on the territory of the Archdiocese of Prague, two documents were required.

One is the confirmation letter by the supreme metropolitan, archbishop or bishop that this clergy is a full member of the Orthodox Diocese of the canonical Orthodox Church, nor is it under any other canonical disciplinary punishment.

The second is the confirmation letter by Archbishop Michal of Prague and the Czech Lands, on the possibility of serving the Holy Liturgy with the clergy of a foreign Orthodox dyke in the land of the Prague Diocese.

“In the case of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, given the canons of the Orthodox Church, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is considered canonical (Moscow Patriarchate – UOC-MP). The so-called “Orthodox Church of Ukraine – OCU” is considered non-canonical, whereby neither the service of the Holy Liturgy nor access to the Holy Communion can take place in the land of the Prague Orthodox Diocese, “says the Archbishop’s Decree.

The document emphasizes that cases of joint church service with the clergy of the non-canonical Church on the territory of the Prague Diocese “will not only harm the Orthodox Religious Community of the Prague Orthodox Diocese, but also the whole Orthodox Church of the Czech Lands and Slovakia.”

“The perpetrators will be punished for non-compliance with this order,” sums up the decree of the Archbishop of Prague and the Czech Lands.

Нисам ни томе предлогу антипротиван, али због још трачка наде да ће се Фанар дозвати памети, предложио сам да никога не зову.

Али суштински би отказивање Фанару било сасвим исправно. Прво они не признају јубилеј на који долазе, очигледно из других разлога. И друго, али битније, они су једини који су у општењу са расколницима. Према томе....

Metropolitan of Limassol: I did not sign the communiqué of the Holy Synod on Ukraine

Metropolitan Athanasios of Limassol distances himself from the communiqué issued by the Holy Synod of the Church of Cyprus concerning the issue of Ukraine.

In his statements at the Metropolitan radio station, Athanasios stressed that the issue of Ukraine is a big issue for the Orthodox believers and they should do what all Orthodox churches (including the Church of Cyprus) seem to propose, that is to say a Pan-Orthodox Synod of Orthodox Churches, for the Primates to hear, judge, and decide how to get out of this crisis.

Regarding the communiqué of the Holy Synod of the Church of Cyprus that was issued on February 18, the Metropolitan of Limassol pointed out that he disagreed with the Holy Synod on this announcement, something that was recorded in the minutes of the Holy Synod, he did not sign it and, therefore, he cannot defend it. However, he respects and accepts it as a decision of the Holy Synod of the Church of Cyprus.

Finally, Metropolitan Athanasios of Limassol urged the Orthodox people to pray to overcome this crisis, “because in Ukraine the people of God suffers and is being tortured, and the church must offer them peace and tranquility.”

He actually noted that “fortunately” it is a matter of canonical order rather than faith, which means that it can be solved more easily.

Вартоломеј одговорио на писмо антиохијског Патријарха.

Не жели да сазове Сабор. Има "озбиљне разлоге" да се суздржи од Сабора. 

Изгледа да критски сабор сада назива "Васељенски Свештени Сабор". То је такође новост.

Константинопольский патриарх Варфоломей

Патриарх Варфоломей ответил отказом на предложение Предстоятеля Антиохийской Православной Церкви провести всеправославное обсуждение религиозной ситуации в Украине.

В письме Предстоятелю Антиохийской Православной Церкви Патриарху Иоанну Х Константинопольский патриарх Варфоломей заявил, что «имеет серьезные основания» воздержаться от общеправославного собрания по украинскому церковному вопросу, сообщил официальный сайт РПЦ.

Само обсуждение религиозной ситуации в Украине патриарх Варфоломей назвал «бесполезным» и напомнил Предстоятелю Антиохийской Церкви об его отказе участвовать в Критском Соборе 2016 года, который Константинополь долго и тщательно готовил.

«После того, когда четыре Православных Церкви, с церковной и богословской точки зрения без причины, отказались присутствовать в деле Вселенского Священного Собора, чему нет оправданий, и Ваша древняя Церковь была одной из них, Вселенский Патриархат имеет серьёзное основание воздержаться от такого собрания на общеправославном уровне, которое будет бесполезным, поскольку приведет к согласию только в том, что участники будут несогласны друг с другом», – написал Константинопольский патриарх.

По его мнению, автокефалия ПЦУ стала наградой для Церкви Украины, а «несправедливо» находившихся вне лона канонической Церкви членов УПЦ КП и УАПЦ Фанар вернул «к объятиям канонической Церкви». При этом патриарх Варфоломей уверяет, что раскольников он вернул в лоно Православия исключительно «следуя церковной традиции и канонам». Также глава Фанара напомнил, что действовал «без своего интереса или давления».

Об Украинской Православной Церкви и ее Предстоятеле Блаженнейшем Митрополите Киевском и всея Украины Онуфрии, патриарх Варфоломей в своем письме не упомянул.

Еще 6 октября 2018 года Синод Антиохийского Патриархата призвал к созыву чрезвычайной Ассамблеи Православных Церквей по вопросу предоставления автокефалии Украине. Члены Синода были уверены – односторонний анализ ситуации служит не православному единству, а разобщению в Церкви. Константинопольский патриархат проигнорировал призыв Антиохийской Церкви по украинскому вопросу и принял решение о предоставлении Томоса в одностороннем порядке.

29 января 2019 года во время встречи с Патриархом Московским и всея Руси Кириллом в Москве Предстоятель Антиохийской Церкви заявило своем несогласии с тем, что предпринимаются попытки одностороннего решения ряда церковных проблем, которые ведут к расколу всего православного мира. «Мы призывали и продолжаем призывать Вселенского патриарха и других высших духовных лиц к тому, чтобы решить существующие проблемы, в том числе проблемы, с которыми сталкивается сейчас наша братская Русская Православная Церковь, путем диалога, путем переговоров, путем обыкновенного разговора», – отметил первоиерарх.

О необходимости созыва Всеправославного Собора по украинскому вопросу помимо Антиохийского Патриархата заявляли Предстоятели и Синоды Польской, Сербской, Кипрской, Румынской Церквей, а также Церкви Чешских земель и Словакии.

Не жели да сазове Сабор. Има "озбиљне разлоге" да се суздржи од Сабора. 

али је антиохијски патријарх (као и сви остали) превише глуп да би то схватио па нема потребе да му детаљније објашњава...

а и није био послушан да дође на крит и сада мора да седи у ћошку и понавља бартову титулу...
