Karl Gaus je zapoceo merenja jacine Zemljinog mag. polja pre vise od 150 godina. Mnogi drugi naucnici su nastavili merenja do dana dasnjeg i zakljucak je da je poluzivot ZMP 1400 godina. Na to naucnik Sidney Chapman kaze: "Kad se razmotre velike razmere ovog fenomena to mora da govori o uocljivo velikoj i brzoj sekularnoj promeni, s kojom se ne moze meriti nijedno drugo globalno geofizicko svojstvo."

Ne, nisu.... tačnije, jesu nastavili merenja ali taj zaključak pripada samo kreacionistima.

Teško da Sidney Chapman ima nešto da kaže o današnjim merenjima i zaključcima, budući da je umro pre 46. godina.

Ne, naučnici to ne kažu zato što i ne postoji nikakav problem u vezi sa Mesecom koji bi trebalo da "brane" jer nisu toliko neobrazovani poput kreacionista da koriste pogrešne računice i podatke stare 50 godina, kao i da ignorišu dokaze koji govore suprotno. Prosto, čitaju i naučne radove na ovu temu koji su nastali nakon 60ih godina prošlog veka.

Postoje dokazi da se Mesec nije udaljavao konstantnom brzinom (po sedimentima nastalim uticajima plima i oseka) kao i objašnjenje zašto (kretanje tektonskih ploča i raspored kopna/okeana utiče na udaljavanje).

Naučni rad iz kojeg svi kreacionisti crpe svoju priču je iz 1963. i koristio je i pogrešan model i pogrešne procene.

Danas precizno znamo da se Mesec udaljava od Zemlje brzinom od 3.82±0.07 cm godišnje, znamo i da je udaljen 38,440,000,000 cm (384,400 km), pa ti računaj kad bi bio na nepristojnoj udaljenosti, sve i da se udaljavao sadašnjom brzinom (a nije).

Ovo "pod istim uslovima" znači da je retardirano pozivati se na princip uniformizma za stvari koje očigledno nisu konstantne, a negirati ga za stvari koje očigledno jesu... i naravno kao i mnogo drugih retardiranih stvari, kreacionisti upravo to rade.

Svakako je i Tysonu i tebi i svim normalnim ljudima jasno da je u pitanju puka spekulacija (a čisto sumnjam da je izneta jer nešto ne štima)... nažalost kreacionisti svoje spekulacije i fantazije iznose kao da je u pitanju deo realnosti...

The origin of the amendment can be traced back to 2000, when leading intelligent design (ID) proponents through the Discovery Institute, a conservative Christian think tank that is the hub of the intelligent design movement, held a congressional briefing in Washington, D.C., to promote their agenda to lawmakers. Sen. Rick Santorum was one of intelligent design's most vocal supporters on Capitol Hill.

One result of this briefing was that in 2001 Senator Santorum proposed incorporating pro-intelligent design language, crafted in part by the Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture, into the No Child Left Behind bill.^[1] It portrayed evolution as generating "much continuing controversy" and not widely accepted, using the Discovery Institute's Teach The Controversy method.

In proposing the amendment, Santorum addressed the Congress:

This is an amendment that is a sense of the Senate. It is a sense of the Senate that deals with the subject of intellectual freedom with respect to the teaching of science in the classroom, in primary and secondary education. It is a sense of the Senate that does not try to dictate curriculum to anybody; quite the contrary, it says there should be freedom to discuss and

air good scientific debate within the classroom. In fact, students will do better and will learn more if there is this intellectual freedom to discuss. I will read this sense of the Senate. It is simply two sentences—frankly, two rather innocuous sentences—that hopefully this Senate will embrace: "It is the sense of the Senate that—

(1) good science education should prepare students to distinguish the data or testable theories of science from philosophical or religious claims that are made in the name of science; and

(2) where biological evolution is taught, the curriculum should help students to understand why this subject generates so much continuing controversy, and should prepare the students to be informed participants in public discussions regarding the subject.

It simply says there are disagreements in scientific theories out there that are continually tested.^[1]

Santorum then went on to quote David DeWolf, a Senior Fellow of the Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture,^[2] as how the Institute's agenda was justified and would benefit students.^[1]

 

Phillip E. Johnson, retired UC Berkeley law professor, leading proponent of intelligent design, founding advisor of the Discovery Institute's Center for Science and Culture, and "father" of the intelligent design movement, assisted Santorum in phrasing the amendment.^[3][4] Johnson says that he is the author of the original amendment.^[5]

On June 14, 2001, the amendment was passed as part of the education funding bill by the Senate on a vote of 91-8. This was hailed as a major victory by proponents of intelligent design and other creationists; for instance an email newsletter by the Discovery Institute contained the sentence "Undoubtedly this will change the face of the debate over the theories of evolution and intelligent design in America...It also seems that the Darwinian monopoly on public science education, and perhaps the biological sciences in general, is ending." Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas cited the amendment as vindicating the 1999 Kansas school board decision (since overturned) to eliminate evolution questions from state tests.

The House version of the bill H.R. 1 did not contain the amendment, which meant that a conference committee had to decide its ultimate fate.

Scientists and educators feared that by singling out biological evolution as very controversial, the amendment could create the impression that a substantial scientific controversy about evolution exists, leading to a lessening of academic rigor in science curricula. A coalition of 96 scientific and educational organizations signed a letter to this effect to the conference committee, urging that the amendment be stricken from the final bill, which it was, but intelligent design supporters on the conference committee preserved it in the bill's legislative history.

While the amendment did not become law, a version of it appears in the Conference Report as an explanatory text about the legislative history and purposes of the bill. However, it has no legal force per se. The final text of the Santorum Amendment as included in the Conference Report reads:

"The Conferees recognize that a quality science education should prepare students to distinguish the data and testable theories of science from religious or philosophical claims that are made in the name of science. Where topics are taught that may generate controversy (such as biological evolution), the curriculum should help students to understand the full range of scientific views that exist, why such topics may generate controversy, and how scientific discoveries can profoundly affect society."^[6]

Samuel Dale "Sam" Brownback (born September 12, 1956) is an American politician currently serving as Governor of Kansas. A member of the Republican Party, Brownback was first elected to the U.S. House of Representatives during the Republican Revolution of 1994, representing Kansas's 2nd congressional district for a single term, before running in a 1996 special election for the Senate seat previously held by Bob Dole.

He has supported the Discovery Institute, hub of the intelligent design movement, and has argued extensively on their behalf during Discovery Institute intelligent design campaigns such as the Santorum Amendment, Teach the Controversy, and against the denial of tenure at Iowa State University to Institute Fellow Guillermo Gonzalez. The university insisted that Gonzalez was denied due to sub-par research and academic performance, and not for his teaching intelligent design

To svakako nije sporno... kao što i napisah na drugoj temi:

Vera u Boga ne smeta ni jednoj naučnoj hipotezi ni najmanje. Apsolutno sve naučne hipoteze su "čisto materijalističke" - ni jedna jedina niti uključuje Boga niti ga isključuje... one objašnjavaju kako univerzum funkcioniše bez obzira na to da li Bog postoji ili ne postoji.

Vama uopšte ne smeta matrijalizam nauke, sve dok nije suprotan vašim verovanjima... i rado koristite sve plodove te "čisto materijalističke" nauke, a osporavate samo jedan deo, koji je suprotan vašoj veri o tome kako je nešto nastalo i razvijalo se, a ne veri u postojanje Boga.

Sporno je kako naučni metod valja za neka saznanja, a ne valja za druga...

Pa s kojom logikom mozes da verujes u cestice kad se one nigde ne pominju u svetom pismu? Kog dana je bog stvorio higsov bozon?

Постоје начини да се постојање честица, њихова брзина, маса и остало провере. То нико нормалан не спори, савршенство микросвета иде у прилог величанству Божије творевине. Узми рецимо Хајзенбергов принцип неодређености, зар он у неком смислу не говори о некој врсти `слободе` честица, а да не говоримо о јакој,слабој нуклеарној сили ,осталим силама, невероватној комплексности тог микросвета који нас окружује. Или фотон који има и таласну и корпускуларну природу. Зар то у теби не изазива дивљење?

А ово о чему причамо највише је једна у суштини деветнаестовековна хипотеза која постулира мали милион ствари и деценијама је шминкана и крпљена. Дарвину и касније Опарину на сваких пар страна видиш `претпоставимо`, `замислимо`, `хипотетички`, `могуће`итд. Чак су и бројали колико су пута то написали,нарочито Опарин.
