Teorija Inteligentnog dizajna nije  Kreacionizam. Postoji jedna važna razlika između ove dvije pozicije. Biblijski kreacionisti počinju sa jednim zaključkom: da je biblijski izvještaj o stvaranju pouzdan i tačan; da je život na zemlji osmišljen od strane Inteligentnog agenta (Boga). Zatim, oni traže dokaze iz prirode da bi podkrijepili ovaj zaključak. Teoretičari Inteligentnog dizajna počinju sa prirodom i dolaze do svog zaključka kasnije: da je život na Zemlji dizajniran od strane Inteligentnog agenta (ko kod da je on:Bog,NLO,itd)

Bolton Davidheiser

Bolton Davidheiser (died August 2007) was a creationist zoologist widely known for his book Evolution and Christian Faith (1969), in which he exposed many of the deficiencies and contradictions in the theory of evolution. He was a trained and once-convinced evolutionist whose doubts about evolution grew from painstaking research into its teachings. Although he attended church as a child, his conversion to Christ and to belief in creation occurred after he earned his doctorate.

Dr. Davidheiser graduated from Swarthmore College, where he earned his A.B. degree, and Johns Hopkins University, where he earned his Ph.D. in zoology with an emphasis on genetics. He served as Professor of Biology at Westmont College, Santa Barbara, California, and as Professor of Biology at Biola College at La Mirada, California.

In his personal testimony published in Evolution and Christian Faith, he said:

"One evening in the spring of 1944 in North Dakota I attended a church service. The pastor was not gifted, and everything he said I had heard many times before. He preached a simple gospel message of salvation by grace, and that evening I found myself saying, 'I believe that,' to everything he said. ... It was not just a mental assent—the acceptance of a point of view I had previously rejected—it was a transforming experience. The Bible calls it a second birth."

When he later worked in cancer research in Baltimore, he spent much spare time in the library reading articles on evolution. "I was surprised to find," he said, "that the things which I had taken as assured were not so sure after all." The more he read, the more amazed he became at the slender evidence behind the theory of evolution. He said he wrote Evolution and Christian Faith because "evolution had been the great stumblingblock in my life," so he felt a need to help others who had the same problem.

Percival Davis

Percival William Davis is an activist in the intelligent design movement and an American author. He received a master of arts in zoology from Columbia University, and a bachelor of arts in zoology from DePauw University. Davis also got 60 credit hours beyond the Master's degree at the University of South Florida and Columbia University, in zoology, ecology, and physiology. He was also a professor of Life Science at Hillsborough Community College in Florida starting in 1968.

The term "intelligent design" came into general usage after the publishing of his 1989 book called Of Pandas and People which was co-authored by Davis and Dean Kenyon. Dean Kenyon is currently working on a reedited version of Of Pandas and People, with coauthor Percival Davis, now being retitled as The Design of Life. They suggested that Darwinism, which is more than a century old, was no longer useful, mostly because evolution can't explain all the biological complexities, which they say shows great evidence of intelligent design.

The book, A Case for Creation was also co-authored by Percival Davis and Wayne Frair, which was published through Chicago's Moody Bible Institute in 1983. In a Wall Street Journal interview in 1994, Davis said about writing Of Pandas and People: "Of course my motives were religious. There's no question about it."

Stephen Deckard

Dr. Stephen W. Deckard has a Doctorate in Education from the University of Sarasota, and an M.S. in Biology from University of Illinois, plus substantial postgraduate work at Northern Illinois University. He has taught on the faculties at three Christian institutions, and was formerly the Vice President of Academic Affairs at Vision International Education Network. He is currently an Professor of Education at Liberty University and a faculty consultant for the Graduate Center for Research and Evaluation. He is also an Adjunct Professor for Newport University, Newport Beach, National University, Azusa Pacific University, and the Institute for Creation Research.

Dr. Deckard has been involved with creation education missions for several years. He was employed full-time by the Institute for Creation Research for 5 years, and several years for summer school. He is still on staff as adjunct Assistant Professor of Education at the ICR Graduate School where he is responsible for developing and implementing science education curriculum. He is also a prolific author with numerous papers published on education in ICR Impact(see below).

David DeWitt

David A. DeWitt has a B.S. Degree in biochemistry from Michigan State University, and a Ph.D in nueroscience from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. DeWitt is currently investigating the inner workings of the brain, and recently received a large NIH grant to support his research on the causes of Alzheimer's disease. He is an associate professor of Biology and the director of the Center for Creation Studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia where he teaches classes in Creation Studies, Cell Biology and Biochemistry. In 2000-2001 Dr DeWitt was awarded the President's Award for teaching Excellence by Liberty University.

Dr. DeWitt is a Creation scientist who is passionate about defending the creation using the Word of God, and pointing out the flaws in Darwin's theory.

Medo, ovo je uvelicana slika triopa, koji se drze u akvarijumima kao kucni ljubimci, najobicnija montaza i laz... I kakav bi ovo bio argument protiv evolucije? Nemojte tako, neprovereno... posle ce neko odavde da prepise da su u Rusiji nasli ribu iz praistorije - sto opovrgava evoluciju, a uskoro ce i grupa Harun Jahi da stampa knjigu o tome... i tako to ide...

Heinz Lycklama

Dr. Heinz Lycklama earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics and a Ph. D. degree in experimental Nuclear Physics from McMaster University in Canada in 1965 and 1969 respectively. Since then he has worked in the telecommunications and computer software industries at Bell Telephone Laboratories in NJ and at Interactive Systems Corporation in CA. In 1992 Dr. Lycklama formed Open Systems Technology Associates (OSTA) and now offers his technology management services to various start ups in the high technology industry.

Being challenged in his Christian faith by what he was taught in university in the 1960’s, Dr. Lycklama has always maintained an active interest in the Creation vs. Evolution controversy. As his children reached school age and began to ask questions about what they were taught in school, he became more involved in researching the topic of Creation vs. Evolution. He has developed a series of lectures on this topic over the years and presented the material in Sunday school classes, to college students, during church services and also at an overseas seminary.

Dr. Lycklama has taught through a number of the books of the Bible over the years, including Proverbs, Esther, Job, Jeremiah, Daniel, Romans, Philemon, Hebrews, Revelation, and various Psalms and Minor Prophets. His teaching also includes topics such as prophecy, angels, 0202_238, Christian worldview, cults, culture, Y2K, and various Old Testament prophets. With his knowledge of the Bible, and of science and engineering, Dr. Lycklama has continued to develop and present new material regarding the Creation v. Evolution controversy. He lectures regularly with Powerpoint Presentations that will help the believer defend the Bible’s teaching on Creation and challenge the skeptic to take an honest look at what the Bible AND science have to say about Creation.
