Liebe Bundesbrüder!
Wer sich die politische Weltlage anschaut, könnte verzweifelt sein wegen der Möglichkeit eines totalen Scheiterns des „Projektes Menschheit.“ Beim Weltwirtschaftsforum in Davos hat man Dritten Weltkrieg beschwören, der alles in den Abgrund reisen würde. So viel ist jedem klar, dass die Hegemonialpolitiker, die Profiteure der internationalen Krisen und die Posthumanisten, die die Evolution auf dem Sprung sehen über den Menschen hinaus zu einem technologischen Konstrukt, nicht die Schöpfer einer besseren Welt sind. Eine Welt ohne Gott ist zum Scheitern verurteilt. Den Beweis liefern uns die gottlosen und menschenfeindlichen Polit-Ideologien im 20. Jahrhundert und bis heute.

Der Grundfehler ist überall der gleiche: das ist der anthropologische Reduktionismus. Der Mensch sei nichts weiteres als eine Maschine, nichts anderes als ein Tier, ein unterentwickelter Computer, ein primitiver Vorläufer der Künstlichen Intelligenz, der sich nicht von der Wahrvorstellung der Unsterblichkeit seiner Seele lossagen will. In einem funktionalistischen Menschenbild ist der Mensch für die Potentaten nur Steuerzahler, Versorgungsfall oder wenn es um die Rechtfertigung ihrer Angriffskriege geht, nicht mehr als Kanonenfutter. Oder der Mensch ist für Ökonomen, die nur in Verlust und Gewinn denken, Humankapital, Kunde und Verbraucher. Ideologen, die nicht glauben wollen, dass „der Mensch die einzige auf der Welt um ihrer selbst willen von Gott gewollte Kreatur ist“ (II. Vatikanum, Gaudium et spes 24), klagen den Menschen an als den Feind einer heilen Natur.

Theologian: Man of Prayer

The office of theologian in the Church, as I said, was the same thing as a holy man, a saint. St. Anthony of the Desert was a theologian, even though he was illiterate. He was a holy man, and thus he communed with Wisdom Himself, and could bring forth this wisdom for the Church.

This came from the contemplation of God in unceasing prayer and the meditation of God in Holy Scripture. So the desert fathers were theologians par excellence, who prayed the entire Holy Psalter every day, as St. Benedict mentions in his rule.

 

Thus it is said that the office of bishop was reserved for a man who had memorised the entire Psalter – that proved he was a theologian, since he was a man of prayer. Other such theologians would memorise the entire Scripture as they were constantly praying the Scripture and contemplating God.

The Scholastic Way of Contemplation

The Church Fathers followed this model, and so did the Scholastics. In the days of St. Thomas Aquinas there had developed an academic method to prove a theologian. His prayer life was tested by writing a commentary on the most famous book of wisdom (after the Holy Scripture), The Sentences of Peter Lombard. This text was a string of Patristic commentary on Holy Scripture.

“Commentary” here means an act of wisdom based on Scripture which is the fruit of holy contemplation of God.

Theologians of St. Thomas’ day earned their stripes by writing their own commentaries on The Sentences as an act of wisdom. It was understood that this was not merely an academic discipline.

 

Theology was the fruit of prayer. Theology was prayer.

 

St. Thomas writes how the gift of wisdom is the perfection of charity because charity unites us with God, Who gives wisdom to the saints who know Him (II-II q45). A theologian who was judged to be a man of prayer and wisdom, was given the title “Master of Scripture.” Thus could a theologian pray Sacred Scripture and know God and bring forth wisdom.

 

The Corruption of the Theologian as Merely Academic

Through the work of Ockham and especially Luther, however, “theology” lost its basis in prayer and became a merely academic exercise. It was then used by the power of rebellious princes to justify their revolt against the Magisterium. These false theologians were no longer “Masters of Scripture” but “Academics of Scripture,” used as pawns by the powers that be to further their own ends, as Scott Hahn and Benjamin Wiker show in an important work.

 

 

This eventually culminated in the suppression of the Jesuits (the first Masonic conspiracy of the Vatican in 1773) and the subsequent secularisation of Catholic education. Because the classical Jesuits (these were the good Jesuits, folks) controlled so many institutions of public education, the secularising state (Catholic or not) was able to steal whole libraries and public works of the Church, severely limiting its own ability to train its own theologians.

By the time Pius VII reversed this grievous Masonic conspiracy, the Jesuits and others of the 19th century were trying to play catch-up to a constant and bloody revolution through the 19th century. Countless libraries were looted, monasteries attacked and resources lost. The situation became so dire that Leo XIII had to write Aeterni Patris

The theology of neo-Thomism was the fruit of this effort, which produced the greatest Thomist theologian of the twentieth century, Fr. Reginald Garrigiou-Lagrange. This was a man worthy of the title “theologian” – a man of prayer and wisdom, who could describe the Three Ages of the Interior Life

O praznem govorjenju

Govoril sem že, da molitev sv. Efrema Sirskega obsega vsega duha in smisel velikega posta kot časa notranje poglobitve vase, spremenitve življenja v luči višje duhovne resnice in tiste popolnosti, h kateri nas vabi krščanska vera.

 

Za vsako besedo, za vsako prošnjo te molitve ne stoji le ta ali ona lastnost, ampak cele plasti našega bivanja, plasti, na katere v naglici in skrbeh življenja tako pogosto kar pozabljamo.

 

Govoril sem tudi o tem, kaj v luči te molitve, pomenijo malodušnost, potrtost in gospodovalnost. Govoril sem o tem, kako vsak od teh pojmov ustreza najosnovnejšim, najglobljim skušnjavam naše zavesti in naše volje, kar je povezano z našim pristopom do drugih ljudi in do vsega življenja.

 

Ostal je še en vzdih te molitve, in sicer vzdih nad praznim govorjenjem, to je nepotrebnim govorjenjem. In spet se more prazno govorjenje zdeti kot malenkostna, nepomembna pomanjkljivost. No, kaj pa je tako hudega pri običajnem blebetanju, pri ljubezni do duhovnosti? Saj smo vendar vsi ljudje, človeški otroci, vsi grešimo z jezikom in brez dvoma so še hujši grehi. Tako se nam dozdeva, tako smo se vsi navadili misliti.

 

Toda v evangeliju je rečeno: »Za vsako prazno besedo, ki jo ljudje izgovorijo, bodo dajali odgovorna sodni dan« (Mt 12,36). Zato moramo začeti premišljevati, ali je res vse tako preprosto in nedolžno z praznim govorjenjem. In vsak, ki se zamisli nad svojim življenjem, se bo hitro prepričal, kako so prav besede – njegove lastne besede in tiste, ki so mu jih izrekli drugi prinesle največ gorja, povzročile največ hude krvi, zastrupile največ minut, ur in dni.

 

Ovadba, spletke, obrekovanje, izdaja, laž, opravljanje – vse te grozne reči se dogajajo z besedo in samo z besedo. Že ena sama beseda zadostuje, da bi začutili njeno strašno moč. Z besedo izražamo in ustvarjamo dobro, lepoto in modrost, a z besedo jih tudi uničujemo. Beseda more zastrupiti dušo, jo napolniti z nezaupanjem, strahom in hudobijo, s sovraštvom in cinizmom.

 

Krščanstvo Boga samega imenuje Besedo, ko pravi: »V začetku je bila Beseda, in Beseda je bila pri Bogu, in Beseda je bila bog« (Jn 1,1)

 

Prav zato, ker krščanstvo tako visoko postavlja besedo in ji priznava stvariteljsko moč, vidi v praznem govorjenju izdajstvo nad besedo, prevračanje besede iz orodja dobrega in svetlobe v orodje zla in temine.

 

»Po svojih besedah boš namreč opravičen in po svojih besedah boš obsojen« (Mt 12,37)

‘Thought reform’ is a term that Lifton (1989) coined to describe Chinese indoctrination techniques that were used during the Communist takeover; it is a concept and a process which many cult researchers and survivors are familiar with. In Lifton’s words, the Chinese were ‘more organised, comprehensive and deliberate’ in the breadth, depth and ingenuity of their influencing techniques which sought to bring about ‘a significant personal upheaval’ in everyone it touched.

Thought reform is a process that brings about the systematic alteration of a person’s mode of thinking, a process of individual political indoctrination. It has a psychological momentum of its own; once installed – as many researchers on the issue of cults have found – there is no further need of an indoctrinating guru, teacher or other authority figure, because the subjects who have been indoctrinated reflexively take on that role, policing their own and others’ adherence to the ideology.

What is of particular interest to therapists is that an ideology is defined by Lifton as ‘emotionally-charged convictions about man and his relationship to the natural or supernatural world’.

‘Extreme adherence to an ideology…..where immoderate ideology meets with immoderate individual character traits’, and an ‘all or nothing emotional alignment’ results in a phenomenon that Lifton describes as ‘ideological totalism’. 

 

Conclusion

 

Incredibly, Covid-19, with a mortality rate of under 1% across all age categories, has been designated a pandemic, warranting drastic measures that have significantly harmed a great number of people, including, very sadly, a great many children.

Harms have been psychological, physical, and economic; the full extent of the damage is not yet fully understood. The fear of catching covid, not wanting to put pressure on the NHS – along with the ban on visitors – resulted in restricted access to health care and consequent delays to diagnosis and treatment, the impact of which will be felt for years to come. People have also been harmed through an increase in drug overdoses and murders. Angst and loneliness among the elderly has led to dramatic deterioration in their health. The extent of the impact of withholding early treatment of covid, giving inappropriate treatment for covid and ‘vaccine’ injuries will be counted in years to come.

Physical, emotional and economic recovery from this traumatic event will take a long time for some, and others may never recover.

AbbVie, Inc. is a Chicago-based pharmaceutical company that produces Lupron Depot, a drug that transitioning youth utilize to disrupt puberty while undergoing so-called “gender-affirming” healthcare.

 

Pediatric versions of Lupron are commonly used to stop early onset puberty and has become a popular medication for transgender youth in recent years, according to the Cleveland Clinic and RxRisk.Org. Versions of the drug designed for adults have been used to chemically castrate extreme sex offenders, according to clinical trial records from the National Center for Biotechnology Information.

The efficacy and risks of puberty blockers like Lupron have become flashpoint issues in the larger debate surrounding transgenderism and minors seeking to transition.

 

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton launched an investigation into AbbVie in December 2021 for deceptively marketing Lupron, which Paxton called “reckless and dangerous” at the time. One month’s supply of Lupron at a 7.5 mg dosage can cost nearly $2,000, according to Drugs.com
